Summer finally headed back to school today. She has only been twice since January 30 so it's going to be a stretch. I was surprised at how well they've been able to shovel out at her school. The sidewalks leading to the school are all still covered (kids walking in the streets three abreast!) but the parking lots and curbs at the school look good.
I do have issues with teachers assigning homework on a Sunday that is due at 11:00 the next morning, however. When did Sunday become a day to do (or to assign) homework? I'm sure the school board is inundated with angry emails just now, but really???!!!

Curse the internet! Assignments from cyberspace ought not to count. glad they are back to work. It is getting crazy. John is thrilled to be a senior...he will not have to make any days up. so he says "let it snow and snow and snow!"
